AMW-EMS is composed of a multicultural team of experts with a common interest in the Electronics and Magnetics industries. The sharing and the implementation of new ideas are highly appreciated as we continuously aim to improve processes and performances. We anticipate deviation in the process by taking actions upfront. To do so, we implement the so-called “Poka-Yoke” solution to remove the opportunity for errors.
DELIVERY AND EFFICIENCY
Our goal is to achieve on-time delivery to order and to commit. We are striving for more efficient use of resources and waste reduction by optimizing our recycling process and implementing solutions to save energy. Furthermore, one of our main priorities is to create comfortable working conditions for all our employees.
SAFETY

Our employees are the heart of the company which is the reason we provide safety training, temperature control for 100% of our offices and manufacturing floors, and a transportation network to reduce the risks of accidents. In addition, we comply with all applicable laws and regulations to reach technical safety compliance based also on our business product knowledge.

AMW-EMS is ISO14001 certified which means we comply with all environmental laws and regulations. Moreover, we have full control and management of hazardous wastes and disposals.
