How does our Multi Spindle Winding machine works?

After manually loading the bobbin, the winding is automatically performed, switching slot and wire twisting over the pin while controlling the tension of the wire. In total, our model allows us to benefit from four possible simultaneous windings as well as an extra pin unit. For now, sample coil solenoids and transformer coils are currently being produced with this machine.

Equipped with servo motors, the BOS-04732HM model is a high-performing bench-top coil winding machine. Indeed, the wire size can be between 0.02mm and 0.55mm. The maximum bobbin diameter is 35mm and the maximum rotating speed is 9,000rpm.

As our main focus is to provide the best quality products for our clients, the automation of the winding prevents human errors in terms of turn numbers and wire breakage. Concerning our employees’ security, a safety light curtain ensures the machine stops if something interferes with it. Therefore, our engineers can operate safely our Multi Spindle Winding Machine.
